How do I enter a tournament?+
Open the event, pick every division you are eligible for and enter them in one pass. Lobtrix checks your age, gender and any rating range the organiser set on that division before it lets you pay, so you cannot buy an entry you are not allowed to play.
What does the price on a card mean?+
It is what a player pays to enter, taken from the division fees the organiser set. Where divisions are priced differently you see the range, and where a division is priced per team the card says per team rather than per player. The exact figure for your division is confirmed at checkout.
How does entering with a partner work?+
For a doubles division you invite your partner by email. You can pay for both of you or turn on split payments so each side pays its own half. Your spot is held while your partner's half is outstanding, and released back to the field if they never confirm inside the organiser's window.
When do I find out my schedule?+
As soon as the organiser releases it. Lobtrix builds the schedule against the real courts and real opening hours of the venue, so your match times are actual times rather than a rough running order, and any change pushes to your player page straight away.
Do I need a DUPR rating?+
No. Many events are social and are not rated. Competitive divisions can be marked DUPR rated with a rating range, and the listing shows which divisions you qualify for before you enter.
What if an event is full?+
Join the waitlist. If a spot opens the organiser can promote you, and organisers can also accept late entries right up to the point the draw is locked.
